Become a Reading Buddy

Do you love to read? Do you want to share that love of reading and help kindergarten & 1st graders learn to love reading too? We're looking for volunteers to instill a love of books and learning with kids who need a positive, engaging role model. Volunteers are needed at Marathon Area Elementary and Mosinee Elementary once a week for one hour, usually during the students' lunch hour. This is a fun volunteer position, intended to help get our youngest students to see that reading can be enjoyable and interesting.
