Welcome Elizabeth Robinson

United Way of Marathon County would like to welcome Elizabeth Robinson, our new Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to the team! She is a native of Wausau with strong family ties to the area. Elizabeth brings over ten years of experience in arts education and small businesses including non-profits. Prior to joining the United Way team, she was working with Aspirus.

Volunteerism has been a part of her life from a young age, including Make a Difference Day, crosscountry service trips in college, and organizing projects to support youth literacy in NYC. Elizabeth has volunteered with The Neighbors' Place, Faith in Action, and the Marathon County Hunger Coalition. Outside of work, she leads community yoga classes and has taught dance classes at Central Wisconsin School of Ballet. This summer she is looking forward to teaching yoga at Monk Gardens, hiking and camping around Wisconsin with family and friends, and spending weekend mornings at the Farmers Market. Elizabeth is replacing Krista Mischo, who will be retiring at the end of June.
