This year, Week of Action is all about preparing United Way of Marathon County’s Community Closets for a grand re-opening in July!
In support of our Bold Goal to lift 10,000 community members to financial stability by 2033, we will be providing clothing to any community member in need, to ease the financial burden that comes with purchasing clothing. We want to eliminate barriers for families to get the help they need, and opening in-person shopping for the whole family will be a big step in that direction. To do that, we need to make a lot of changes to the way we use our space!
Volunteers who sign up for Week of Action might be painting, cleaning, sorting donations, hanging clothing, and more! It takes all of us together to do big, bold things – so sign up for a shift today!
