What type of project are you completing?

Limited Service - You procure supplies (or host a collection drive), manage portions of the project, and deliver a final kit count to United Way

Full-Service - United Way orders and stores supplies, facilitates on-site packing, and transports completed kits to partner agencies. A 5 percent coordination fee is added to the supply costs. Minimum 4 weeks? notice required

*ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 4 WEEKS BETWEEN REQUEST DATE AND PROJECT DATE TO ENSURE FULL-SERVICE* Full service projects include a 5% coordination fee.

We aim to prioritize the needs of our partner agencies and the individuals served when designing the kit options. Please select the preferred kit project for your group. You may also choose "greatest need" and we will direct your efforts to the project that will be most impactful.

Full-Service projects require a 4 week lead time. If project date is less than 4 weeks, a rush fee of $50 will be applied.

When planning your space for kit assembly, consider an area at your office that can accomodate movement of all participants as well as the project supplies. Depending on the number of kits you complete, there may be many boxes of supplies.

For Full Service projects, United Way will bring kit supplies to your location either the day of the project or a few days beforehand depending on logistics. Please ensure there is adequate space for load-in and staging.
