Help children in need in Marathon County through Fill A Backpack Fill A Need (FABFAN). This annual project of the Workplace Volunteer Council (WVC) began in 1999 and
provides free backpacks filled with school supplies to eligible children in Marathon County. Over 7,500 students are eligible this year. Help us help them. Let’s start their school year off on the right foot with needed supplies. Click Here for more information. Public drop sites include Prevail Bank, Health in Motion, Cloverbelt Credit Union, and AbbyBank. Each drop site is setting their own collection dates. Donors should contact the drop site for additional information. Donations can be dropped off at J & D Tube Benders from August 16-20 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
BMO Harris Bank has invited FABFAN to be their featured non-profit for “Mama Ginger” at Concert on the Square, August 14, 2021. Donations will be accepted (school supplies and/or money) from 5:00-7:00 pm at the event.
