United Way of Marathon County Volunteer Connection coordinated the largest raking project in the area, helping give elderly and disabled residents peace of mind and maintaining independence. This year 50 volunteer groups, with nearly 500 volunteers raked over 130 yards. Groups represented businesses, schools, families, and youth groups including: Kolbe Window & Doors, Newman Catholic, Wausau East Wrestling, MC United Soccer, J & D Tube Benders and so many more.
